Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene outrigger plate is mainly used under the outrigger of construction machinery to support, which makes full use of the characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material of high compression strength and high plasticity, and is used in the case of cranes, cement pumps and other situations where outrigger support is required.
The outrigger plate consists of two parts: the plate body and the carrying rope. The plate body is made of UHMWPE polymer material, and the corners of the UHMWPE outrigger plate are supported by 60mm, with a bearing pressure of more than 15-18 tonnes/cm, which can be used normally in harsh environments, and the plate bends without breaking under overloading to ensure the safety of use. The carrying rope is made of nylon material, the end of the rope is embedded in the body of the plate, so as to facilitate the transport and arrangement of the outrigger plate.
