Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene double-resistant sheet is a sheet whose material has antistatic and flame-retardant properties. The flame retardant effect can reach V0 level, i.e. the effect of extinguishing within 3 seconds from fire.
Dual-resistant plate is suitable for coal mine, chemical industry, electric power and other fire and explosion-proof working environment.
Adding antistatic additives to the material can be processed into UHMWPE antistatic sheet, which has a surface resistance of 10⁶~10⁹Ω, or processed into ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene conductive sheet, whose surface resistance reaches 103~105Ω, which makes the UHMWPE sheet has applicable electrical properties and retains the good mechanical properties, and is now widely used in precision electronic equipment. Now it is widely used in the production line of precision electronic equipment and conveying machinery with explosion-proof requirements. For example, the production line of LED liquid crystal screen is a large number of applications of UHMWPE anti-static sheet processing of various spare parts.
